Budget proposals face questioning
Student fee designated for student-parent services generates debate in ASOSU Senate
A joint session of the ASOSU Senates and the Student Incidental Fees Committee took place Tuesday in the MU Lounge to approve student fee budget proposals for the upcoming school year.
The issue of a unified senate, brought up at past senate meetings, was discussed again.
After wind, snow may reach valley
As of late Tuesday, a snow advisory was in effect for the central and south Willamette Valley from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. today, the National Weather Service reported.
The advisory said showers would increase Tuesday night, with the snow level moving form 1,000 feet to 500 feet overnight and into today.

The gas leak Friday morning turned the attention of some at the university to the facilities that keep them warm.
The heating plant had to undergo evacuations along with Kerr Administration, facilities services and the McAlexander Fieldhouse.
Plans have been developing for three years to have a new, fully functional heating facility by September 2008.

The officer told him he should have taken him to jail for driving without a license.
