President-elect Barack Obama could be in the midst of bringing change to our nation's capitol at an almost unprecedented level. According to abcnews.com, Obama has extended an offer to Senator Hillary Clinton to become the Secretary of State of his administration and is currently awaiting the decision of his former rival.

The middle class may still be around, even if some are only hanging on by a thread. But on TV, shows portraying the middle class have virtually disappeared. Today, we are bombarded by reality shows about the rich and famous showcasing people who are nothing like the typical American family.

From the beginning, we're taught that the basics of a healthy relationship are trust, honesty and communication. Communicating is what guides you through the good, the hard and the seemingly self-deprecating stuff - I love you, I miss you, I'm sorry. Similarly, the formula for healthy sex is similar to what equates a healthy relationship, and communication is key.

Corvallis is fantastic; I love campus and the fact that everything is beautiful, relaxed and you can walk or take your bike everywhere. However, I wanted to experience a big American city while I had the opportunity to, one with huge long streets crammed with shops, roads full of cars and sidewalks packed full of people.
