This might sound like a ridiculous argument at first, especially considering that the vast majority of fans probably don't even realize that they had such rich tradition.

The Oregon State baseball team could not decide on a winner in the second game of the Orange and Black World Series on Tuesday at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field. Despite an early lead from the black club, the game ended in a 7-7 tie in the seven-inning affair.
Allenby guides men's golf to fifth place

The Oregon State men's golf team concluded action at the Big 10/Pac-10 Challenge as James Allenby lead the Beavers with a fifth-place finish at the event.
Oregon State ended the day in the same place in which it started as the Beavers finished with a round three score of 15 over par to finish in seventh place with a three-round total of 907 (300-304-303).
