A day before turning 21, Kunz gave a performance worth celebrating, while junior Jordan Lennerton provided him a birthday present by hitting a walk-off home run in the 11th inning on Saturday. With a 9-8 victory, the Beavers took two of three from the Trojans and are now 2-4 in conference play.

Eugene - Sophomore catcher Stefanie Ewing belted a two-run home run to send the game to extra innings, but No. 10 Oregon responded, and the Ducks earned a 4-3 eight-inning victory over No. 17 Oregon State in Saturday's softball Civil War.
Oregon's (37-5; 3-2 Pac-10) victory broke Oregon State's (29-12; 3-2 Pac-10) eight-game winning streak in the series.

The Utah Utes claimed a spot in the NCAA Rugby Sweet 16 over the weekend, emerging victorious out of a field of four teams, which included Oregon State, Chico State and Washington State.
The teams played each other in four matches, with two each on Friday and Saturday at Peavy Field on OSU's campus.
Women's golf improves on record day, finishes third

STANFORD, Calif. - The Oregon State women's golf team improved on its first-round score by 18 shots and jumped three spots from yesterday's sixth-place standing to finish the Peg Barnard California Collegiate in third place with a two-round total of 586 (302-284).
