Rugby awaits Regional showdown at home
The four-team tournament will begin on Friday with the Beavers taking on nationally ranked Chico State at Peavy Field at 1 p.m.
The Oregon State men's club rugby team will host an NCAA regional tournament this Friday and Saturday at Peavy Field. The 20th-ranked Beavers will play the 17th-ranked Wildcats of Chico State at 1 p.m. Friday.
The winner of the contest will face the winner of the match between fourth-ranked Utah and unranked Washington State, which follows at 3 p.
No. 9 Gymnastics will travel to Arizona for NCAA Regionals
The Beavers will compete in the South Central Regional against top seeded Stanford and the Arizona schools to try to qualify for nationals
Oregon State's ninth-ranked gymnastics team will travel to Tucson, Ariz., to compete at the NCAA South Central Regional, as announced by the NCAA selection committee Monday afternoon.
The Beavers, who had been waiting to learn of their destination since Saturday night's Pac-10 Championships, earned the ninth seed overall and will compete as the South Central Regional's second seed.

New 'OS' logo to be displayed to public today
The new logo for Oregon State athletics will be unveiled in Portland and Corvallis. The logo, which features an orange 'OS' design with a black outline, was designed by Michael Morrow. The new logo, along with the new logotype, is considered an athletics spirit mark, used to represent Oregon State on fields of play and in the retail market.
