Don't fall to trappings of Godwin's Law
Abstract:
In the beginning, Barack Obama was accused of being a Muslim in disguise. Then he was accused of "palling around with terrorists." Most recently, he was accused of being a socialist.
Now, thanks to Barometer columnists Wozich and Druckenmiller, Obama is accused of being…a Nazi?
Yes, my friends, Godwin's Law is alive and well....

All true, but beware of the fact that i can now do anything as a Nazi would have. When commented on, i can just refer to godwin! Agreed, he does make a good point and in some cases (obama) discussions go waaay to far. But to make a LAW out of it? Seems a bit like fascism to me...
excuse the bad English btw.

It hasn't worked for McCain or Palin either. The guilt by association, socialist cries and now the hilarious PLO BS that their campaign is proliferating is just making them look ridiculous.
And it really shows that on substance, they have no real case for why they would make a better team in the white house. As Obama has said multiple times, when you have no plan you do the only thing you can do -- tear down the other side.
That is a common thread in the two articles that are alluded to. They don't present objective opinions or even lay out a rational argument for what we should do, they criticize the only plan there actually is.
It's like trying to figure out where to eat lunch with 8 of your friends. They don't know where they want to eat, they just know they don't want to eat where some other person wants to eat.
At some point you have to come up with a better idea or shut up and act.
