Obama promised 'Change,' when are we going to see it?
Abstract:
Right now, approximately a month after the election, I still feel exactly the same, except for the euphoric feeling I had for a week or so is now gone. For almost a year and a half, all we heard everyday is, "Change we can believe in, change in coming, vote for change," and you know what, nothing has freakin' changed....

HI MY NAME IS JC FIRST OFF I VOTED FOR OBAMA AND I HOPE AND PRAY HE CAN TURN AROUND THIS MAHAM .MANY OF MY CLOSE FRIENDS ARE OUT OF WORK WITH FAMILYS .PRESIDENT OBAMA SHOULD NOT BE SCORED LIKE A CLILD IN SCHOOL BUT BACKED BY THE PEOPLE HE IS WORKING FOR AND WITH THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH HIM THEY SHOULD GET OFF THIER DUFFS AND START EARNING THE MONEY WE THE PEOPLE OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PAY THEM. Wow... What are you, like twelve? He's been in office for A WEEK, what can anyone change in a week? I would love to see you pull our soldiers out, fix all the crappy healthcare, dril oil in oregon, and settle into the white house in a week. Honestly, I don't know what you're trying to prove here, but you obviously know nothing about politics or the world in general. Give the man some time, he's got this. Haha.

Um, Casia, when this column was published (12/5), Obama wasn't in office AT ALL.
I get that this was supposed to be funny, and some of it was (Mars! Hovercrafts!), but only until I looked at the date the column ran, and then it was all really stupid. If you wrote the column NOW, it might be funny--OBAMA PROMISED CHANGE BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT STILL REFLECTS A BALANCE OF $3.85. But the bare-bones fact that Obama wasn't in office and, seriously, had zero power to make any changes, makes your whole column fall flat.
The next time you want to write something, I'd suggest you write a love letter to ME. (well, I haven't gotten any in a looong time.) cool, thanks.

WOW...see THIS is WHAT HAPPENS when you vote for FAIRYTALES and NOT REALITY !!!! Next time vote for someone who promises a little LESS but, can ACTUALLY DO IT and make some positive changes for America. Right now you have a socialist who's only agenda is PAYING BACK THOSE WHO VOTED FOR HIM, and NO NOT YOU, the other unions and ACORN ect with what he pushed through as a "Stimulus Package". And, FYI, if you are "white", his economic advisor point blank said, "the jobs won't go to white construction workers or highly skilled" "They will go to MINORITIES AND OTHERS" and they placed provisions in there to make that STICK. You can google this and find it easily. That is ALSO where all the COMMUNITY MONEY is going, they ALSO said that. So, YES you Obama supporters HAVE BEEN DUPED. Alot of that money will go to ACORN and is hidden in the stimulus under "Neighborhood Stabilization" or something like that, but its ACORN !!!! OBAMA IS NOT THE "CHANGE" YOU VOTED FOR...You were DUPED. He is ALL about HIM, HIMSELF, oh and I did I say...HIM? Its all about his socialist, commie policies NOT ABOUT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. It's like the homeless woman who begged to him for help, (a scammer but nonetheless)...NOTICE HOW OBAMA DIDNT OFFER HER HIS EMPTY HOUSE IN CHICAGO? A REPUBLICAN offered THEIR spare house to her?
