"We are currently working on devising a proposal for the future of the dance team," said Tami Smith, dance team coach. "With help from the community, we are very hopeful that we can make it work while keeping the same high standards.

When the 2008 baseball season began, there were several holes in the roster that needed to be filled after some of the most productive players in Oregon State history left for the professional ranks. One of those positions was shortstop.

After the departure of Darwin Barney, who was perhaps the best shortstop in Oregon State history, the Beavers needed someone to be the new leader of the infield.

Running is running. The Beaver track team split up for the second weekend in a row, but it didn't affect performance. Runners obtained big PRs in big meets.

At the Oregon Twilight, senior Nicole Crawford improved her time to 17:25.87 in the 5,000 meter and senior Jean-Marie Peterson put up a huge PR with a time of 4:30.

The plan, which will include a new textbook, has detailed lesson plans for discussion and creating a safe space for students and hopes to engage students in a discussion of historical perspectives.

There's just one problem: every 10 minutes, the show was interrupted by one of your grandstanding political ads.
